Alexis Higlett is a 39-year-old American open water swimmer from Portland, Oregon.

- On 10 July 2022, she finished 2nd in the women's division and 8th overall in the 17.2 km Portland Bridge Swim down the Willamette River in Oregon in 4 hours 29 minutes 27.7 seconds at the age of 39.
- She finished 8th overall in the Overall Double Slam at the 2020 Open Water Virtual Grand Slam.
