Alexander Vorobyov is a 23-year-old open water swimmer from St. Petersburg, Russia who completed the 2015 25 km Kotlin Race in St. Petersburg, Russia. He swam from St. Petersburg in the Gulf of Finland and finished in the port city of Kronstadt on Kotlin Island on 16 July 2015 in 9 hours 51 minutes 25 seconds in a relay with Vladimir Kostecki and Timofey Rodchenko.
