Alec Averch is an American open water swimmer who participated in the Ocean Fever 2 relay that completed a 32.3 km Catalina Channel crossing on 26 September 2021 in 13 hours 49 minutes 23 seconds.
Ocean Fever 2[edit]
The Ocean Fever 2 relay included Bridget Lee, Rylee Nakayama, Hanna Douglas, Baltazar Fedalizo, Chase Coppedge, and Alec Averch. Ocean Fever 2 completed the relay tandem swim with the Ocean Fever 1 relay that included Ina Gorordo, Lauren Hernandez, Dylan Kenney, Jorja Davey, Abby Fedalizo, and Andrew Cormack with crew members Romina Caristo and Kevin Schinnick with Cammie Goodell and Don Van Cleve as observers onboard the Bottom Scratcher on 26 September 2021 in 13 hours 49 minutes 23 seconds.
