Ailen Lascano Micaz (born 1991) is an open water swimmer and an ice swimmer from Argentina.

- She finished 3rd with the IWSA Team in the 4x25m freestyle relay with Aleksandra Bednarek, Michał Perl, and Lars Mack at the 13th edition of the Winter Swimming World Championships in Lake Bled, Slovenia on 28 January 2023.
- She finished 8th in the 50m freestyle at the 13th Winter Swimming World Championships in Lake Bled, Slovenia on 27 January 2023.
- She finished 7th in the 450m freestyle at the 13th edition of the Winter Swimming World Championships (WSWC) on 25 January 2023.
- She finished 5th in the 200m freestyle at the 13th edition of the Winter Swimming World Championships (WSWC) on 24 January 2023.
