Adirondack District Masters Swimming

The Adirondack District Masters Swimming (ADMS) is a registered U.S. Masters Swimming team that has offered aquatic opportunities to adult swimmers in the Adirondack Region since 1973. ADMS covers an area of Eastern Upstate New York including the Capital Region communities of Albany, Schenectady, Saratoga Springs and Troy; the great Adirondack Park region including Lake Placid, Saranac Lake and Tupper Lake; Northern New York cities of Plattsburgh, Potsdam, Watertown and Fort Drum; the Erie Canal and Mohawk River communities of Rome, Utica, Little Falls and Amsterdam; the Hudson River communities of Glens Falls, Hudson, Kingston, and Cooperstown, Norwich, Oneonta and the Catskill Park.
